Proceutica İlaç Pazarlama ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi ("Proceutica"), with this Privacy Policy and Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data ("Clarification Text"), would like to inform you about the processing activities to be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the secondary legislation and Personal Data Protection Board decisions ("Data Protection Legislation"), which take their legal basis from the PDPL, and other legislation in force in the Republic of Türkiye, in accordance with the conditions detailed below for your personal data, which refers to any information about you that makes your identity specific or identifiable.

This Clarification Text applies only to your personal data to be processed within the scope of Proceutica website visits and contact form and side effect notifications to be made through the website.

Your personal data that we have obtained through cookies during your visit to the Proceutica website will be processed based on your explicit consent in terms of cookies other than "mandatory cookies".

Your personal data that you share directly with Proceutica by filling out the contact form on the website, by sending e-mails to the addresses specified on our website, by post or by hand delivery; It will be processed without the need for your explicit consent based on Article 5/2-c of the PDPL as it is mandatory for the fulfilment of your requests, the establishment and performance of our contracts, and based on Article 5/2-f of the PDPL for the fulfilment of our legal obligations and legitimate interests.

  • Purposes of Processing  Personal Data

Your personal data, which we have obtained through your direct sharing with Proceutica or through the interaction between you and Proceutica and which are limitedly mentioned above, will be processed for the purposes of following up and fulfilling your requests and complaints, establishing and performing contracts if you receive any service or make a request from Proceutica by filling out the forms on this website.

  • Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data will be transferred to our suppliers, business partners, authorised public institutions and organisations or administrative authorities in Türkiye, whose services we benefit from for the purposes of fulfilling our legal obligations or executing our contractual relationship, who have confidentiality obligations and who are resident in Türkiye, by complying with the principle of proportionality. 

Your personal data that you share with us through the forms on our website or through the e-mails you send to our e-mail addresses can be transferred abroad, subject to the conditions set out in Article 9 of the PDPL, as the data storage systems of the communication companies and cloud service providers whose e-mail infrastructure and related services we benefit from are located abroad. In case you do not wish to consent to the transfer of your data, you can send your requests containing your personal data to our physical address specified below via mail or deliver it by hand. 

Storage of Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary for the purposes described in this text or for the periods stipulated to comply with legal regulations. Where permitted by applicable legislation, your personal data may be deleted at any time upon your request.

Your Rights Over Your Personal Data

Your rights regarding your personal data referred to in Article 11 of the PDPL are as follows:

  • To learn whether personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
  • To request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, in case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data,
  • To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself after the processed data is analyzed exclusively through automated systems,
  • To demand compensation for the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data,

As Proceutica, without prejudice to our obligations arising from the Data Protection Legislation, we undertake that you can exercise your rights at any time and in the most appropriate manner. You can apply to Proceutica electronically or physically to benefit from your rights regarding your personal data within the scope of PDPL.
